Etihad to restart flights to Australia

Etihad restart a limited schedule of flights from London to Sydney and Melbourne
Etihad have released the following statement regarding the resumption of flights between the UK and Australia:
We are pleased to start operating weekly scheduled services from London to Sydney and Melbourne via Abu Dhabi. These flights will continue until our daily services between the destinations resume.
All flights will operate Economy and Business cabins.
Guests should note:
- The same aircraft will operate both sectors to and via Abu Dhabi
- Guests in transit will remain on board when we reach Abu Dhabi, as will their checked baggage
- Guests joining the flight in Abu Dhabi will board normally from Abu Dhabi
- Guests are advised to check current entry regulations for both Australia and the United Kingdom before booking
- All Etihad London operations will depart and arrive from London Heathrow, Terminal 2, The Queen's Terminal
Schedule
Entry regulations, at the time of the flights, for both Australia and the UK will apply.
These flights have been approved by the UAE Government, and we are working closely with authorities to continue these types of operations.
